Calvary’s Little Free Library Open for Business

Have you noticed anything different near the playground?  Does it look like a little house mounted on posts?  Are you just a little bit curious?

Welcome the Calvary Lutheran Church’s very own Little Free Library!  It is one of thousands around the world dedicated to the love of reading and the free sharing of good books.

The idea is for anyone to take a book and/or leave a book.  The only rule is to be respectful of others and to use the library as intended – to provide a free exchange of books.  There is no membership; there are no fees.  If you see a book you would like to read, take it.  Browse through it to see who read it or who gave it.  When finished, you can leave your own special note in it, then pass it on to a friend, return it to Calvary’s Little Free Library or to any other Little Free Library.

If you or your children have a book that you particularly enjoyed reading, write a little note about it and leave it for others to enjoy.  Be sure to tell your neighbors and friends about the library as it is open to all.

Terry Austin is registered with the Little Free Library organization as the steward of our library.  Please see him if you have questions or want more information.
